Blogger has introduced the Blogger Template Designer, which brings amazingly beautiful professional blog designs to Blogger blogs and lets you create custom designs beyond the same blogger templates which have been around for ages.
The Blogger Template designer is not enabled by default, so you need to login from http://draft.blogger.com, the Blogger labs area to test new features. This should bring in a new button on your dashboard called template designer.
Once you try out the Blogger template designer, you get access to brand new 15 highly-customizable templates. You can easily change the layout with one click to one-, two-, and three-column layouts for each template, with complete control over the size and arrangement of the columns. It even lets you choose large number of background images and patterns from iStockphoto.
